How long will it take to design a website?

How long it takes to develop a website depends on the style and the content. It can also depend on whether it's a static website or a dynamic website. Custom graphic creation may also increase the time needed to develop the site.

Being prepared can help move your project along quickly. If you have sites that you like the look and feel of for your design this is especially helpful as it gives us your perspective on style, colors and the layout you are trying to achieve. This is as simple as browsing the internet for websites you like and or dislike and sending us the links via e-mail.

How much does a website cost?

Cost depends on the type of website. For example a static website consisting of 5 pages cost $750 to $5000 depending on design elements. Graphic intense and dynamic websites take longer to create and cost more to develop. We will provide the exact cost of your site in writing after the basic layout is developed and agreed upon. Any major changes to this written plan will result in additional fees.

What information do you need to begin?

You will be ask to provide specific information about your Business, Trade and/or the Services provided. Depending on your needs we can create a website design based on your current Professional Image or create a completely New Design and Professional Image. You may be asked to provide the following:

·  An Image of your Company Logo.

·  A copy of your current Business Letterhead.

·  A Web Address to your current Website if one exist.

·  A copy of your Company or Organizations Business cards.

·  A copy of any brochures used in The Marketing of your Business.

·  Detailed information about your Business, Trade and/or the Services provided.

·  Please provide a phone number and the hours you are available to discuss your project.

Do you create Flash based Website?

Yes, we can create a Flash based Website. Please be advised that site's designed entirely in Flash are indexed by search engine robots only in a limited way. Therefore if search engine ranking is important to your long term goals we recommend that flash be used only when necessary to draw attention to specific elements on your site.

Do you offer discounted services to non-profit organizations?

If you are a non-profit organization in the United States, Canada or the UK we encourage you to contact us to discuss your project and needs.

What is your payment policy?

All payments must be made in U.S. funds. We accept checks, money orders, cashiers check and credit cards through PayPal. A non-refundable deposit is necessary to begin development of the basic layout of a website. This deposit is based on an estimated percentage of the total cost or a minimum of $300. When the basic layout is finished and approved 1/3 of the total project cost is due. Final payment is due upon completion. Once the final payment has been received Meta Tags i.e. keywords and description will be added to the source code.
